The 4th Murder
“When Homicide Detective Sonya Widdleton of the Nassau County Police Department is assigned a John Doe case, things are already out of control. There's leading evidence left at the scene to state this murder is possibly linked to three previous murders, which has three different individuals serving life sentences in New York state penitentiaries.Detective Widdleton is on the case. A retired homicide detective responsible for two of the three arrests is shifting the blame. The commissioner is catching heat from the mayor and governor. And the district attorney is thrown into the fray for what appears to be three wrongful convictions. Attorneys and the families of the incarcerated are screaming innocent and immediate release, and the media is just making it a circus of pressure, conflict, and confusion. And things are to get worse as Detective Widdleton tries to figure out just what's going on and just who is responsible for what the media has named The 4th Murder. ”
